steps to regain sanity easy guide

  1. stop using anointed gear
  2. find myhem level with least annoying modifiers 4-5 (you can not do 8 without anointed gear)
  3. stop using top 20 items
  4. enjoy actually stupid fun (anointed tinks are still a thing tho)

Yeah anointed thinks i didnt came across until 2 or 3 month in the game.
Actually really didnt knew it was a thing.
