IMHO the last part of the ISIC boss fight is pretty poorly designed for melee characters, as he is constantly pulling and pushing them around while draining their shields and health, and constantly moving (out of range) during that.
This is getting even more annoying with Rath, since his lower body vestments are always fluttering about, blocking the downward view, making it even harder to keep track on the boss. This last stage of the boss fight needs some evaluation.

I feel you. It’s annoying to solo with Phoebe as well, because you only have the one ranged skill, and you use it and wait on it to cooldown and do it again. I honestly don’t know what they might do to fix it, though, because that part is a blast as a ranged char, and I’d hate to see it removed.
I found in the last part of the boss fight when it’s just ISICs head he would launch me into the air and well…not come down. I’d be up there walking around above everyone. Has happened a few times now.
