ok… Does it do anything beside dot ? Render targets more pervious to damage? Anyone figured by how much yet?
I notice the duration can vary widely. Perhaps last longer the longer you’re “exposed”.
I also been “permafrost” once.

Different enough to make me think of keeping the lvl 13. Higher %time vs higer dps…
