Coz I’m using the shock teddy to heal my shields on the transformer when I put points in the skag den it hurts me when I heal

Like I said earlier it works in mayhem 4 but it’s nothing compared to teddy deathless bloodletter build.
Yeah I did a couple waves of slaughter shaft with raging bear and just respecced to a different mod because it didn’t feel right.
Right now I’m testing how cheesy rocketeer. It’s super boring though. With the guardian ranks working I’m not sure what I want to try the takedown with yet.
No you’re right, even if you get 5/5 SSB roll on raging bear that’s 80% damage increase. for a splash damage IB build, blast master is still the way to go because it buffs moze splash damage weapons aswell.
But, i think raging bear is more geared towards rail guns. +3 stoke the embers and +2 SSB + 40% from raging bear make the rail guns absolute monster.
Why do blast master more damage? 100seconds before you get the 100% buff o_O and I’m pretty sure Gearbox will fix the bugs around this com in a near future. I’m pretty sure it was never expected to do this what if is currently doing. Raging Bear with rocket pods is a good combo and melt in m4 also…
I don’t have an issue mowing down anything with an IB focused build.
When you have your points spread across 3 trees trying to get the highest damage and matching elements I feel like it hurts more than anything.
I just posted a video on M4 in the slaughter shaft going up against 3 waves shooting double projectiles. That was my first Bear run since the patch and I’m pretty sure I could get better results with more time played.
I go for badasses first as they are doing the most damage. I kill trash mobs last or if they’re in the way as it’s a quick 10% fuel refund per kill.
I can’t see using the rail guns in actual mobbing combat piloting Bear. I did a Pseudo sniper build using the chain lightning to break shields, however the massive fuel drain and lack of killing power make those a poor option for mobbing.
Explosive mini Guns & Vanquisher Pods have the best damage/ fuel ratio. I make use of them in bossing and mobbing. I stick to the mini guns though because they work better with auto bear.
How long does it take to get the damage boost from blast master as that seems to be the only benefit to Iron Bear? Running any gun with +120% Splash on exiting IB gets you the damage damage boost for 18 seconds while allowing you to reload without losing it.
For an actual IB focused build I can’t find the usefulness in blast master.

Raging Bear - Bear Pilot
If you’re using Raging Bear the point is to stay in the mech. Moze damage is an afterthought but can be offset with 120% Splash annointment on non- legendary gear that will help get IB back faster if it runs out before you kill eveything on the screen.
The build I ran was to maximize IB Damage, Uptime & Cooldown. Which was the main reason I killed Badasses first so I could focus down weaker enemies if I did have to come out of the mech to get cooldown reduction from Grizzled.
If you want to mix a build with Tediore chucking I’d use MindSweeper. Tediore chucks count as grenades so they can crit and spawn micro grenades that do absurd damage. They’ll also heal you if specced into vampyr.
I’d try to farm Everblast with +120% Splash on exiting IB. Also Invest enough points to get vampyr.
I’d also try to get Experimental Munitions & Drowning In Brass. That’ll get you 10% bonus damage when your chucks crit.
It takes 60s of standing around looking at vending machines or through your bank before you head to wherever you’re going. It persists until you quit or reload.
Because it has Vampyr, and because it makes iron bear stronger than any other build can possibly make him, because that boost on blast master works with iron bear. You miss out on 1 to 5 SS points, which is max 20% damage but you gain 100 percent damage with any splash weapons (the only ones anyone ever uses) plus you can slaughter shaft at 80k armor with over 5 Vampyr and not have any issues whatsoever.
Right now I do a hop in fire some rockets and hop out build with blast master. I can kill the Unstoppable, a couple trash, and a badass and have right around half fuel to hop out and get it back in less than 40s.

I don’t think it will be nerfed, it’s not that OP. Iron bear also gets mind sweeper grenades that can melt enemies instantly and turn the regular mini gun into an explosive powerhouse
To reach 100% dmg buff you need 100seconds or?
And I’m pretty sure, this 100% dmg boost should never be stay active when you join IB and it will be fixed to 100% in the future.
It’s 60s, and it is only active until you reload. So you have to build your class specifically to not require a reload ever.
If they changed it blast master would go from the best to pretty well useless because mind sweeper would be way better.
Gbx is not going to risk even more vitriol from the fanbase by nerfing a character that was already nerfed to hell.
There’s no reason to nerf it anyway. I haven’t heard of anyone soloing Wotan in 4 minutes thanks to Best Master.

Yeah exactly, it’s arguably her most powerful mod, but other’s would argue bloodletter is even after its been nerfed. Blast master is great but it’s not one shot everything great. Also it’s super unforgiving if you reload or trying to boss farm because you lose the bonus every restart.
It is not a nerf if Gearbox fix the mod to the correct state of working. The com has absolutely no benefits aka skills for IB. It is more than obvious that the current state or functioning was not planned in this way 
The rocket pods (and other IB weapons) do splash, therefore they get buffed by splash damage bonuses. This is not going to be changed
It’s Blast Master, it’s designed around splash damage. If they removed splash damage from the mod itself benefitting Iron Bear, that would probably mean all splash bonuses from other mods and artifacts would be removed.
If that’s the case, then I mean it’s their game to do that but it would ruin Iron Bear in M4 again.
Bloodletter gets desperate measures boost to IB. Mind Sweeper gets micro grenades for IB. Bear Trooper gets Stainless Steel for IB along with the mod bonuses. Rocketeer changes the Turret function of IB. Raging Bear gets Stainless and Stoke the Embers and fuel/damage benefits. Blast master gets a splash damage boost.
I don’t see how it would be unintentional and they wanted Blast Master to be the only legendary mod that doesn’t get to benefit Iron Bear.

This com is for Moze and not for IB. It is a Splashdamage com for Moze and if you enter IB, the benefits should be gone. It is to 100% a bug and will be fixed and the fix is, that you lose your bonus if you enter IB. Simple and not “…remove splashdamage”…and no if GB fix that, M4 is not ruined again…
You really think, it is “correct” to shoot 1 sec, wait 59 seconds to get a 100% dmg buff and this buffs still exist in IB even if you reload? You can’t be serious.
It is still a glitch / exploit like Tediore throw build, crit swapping etc
If you want more dmg with IB and longer IB time, Raging Bear is the correct way. I have +4 SSB and melt everything in M4…
And you com examples…omg…als these coms call you …“for IB”…
The new com is pretty sure also na IB com for you, right?..
