Well, fireworks just ended. It’s weird, but here the fireworks on the 3rd are better since they’re funded by the local casino. Albeit I admit I probably should’ve walked down to the boardwalk anyways, just not the same watching from my porch.

Me and my friend were talking in discord and we for some reason started joking around about if octodad was an abusive father. My friend liked the idea so much that he decided he wanted to try to make an animation about it with me. Which basically means he helps with writing and I do ALL the animating.

Shortly after we started writing for it last night we realised how dark it was and decided not to do it. It was so weird. He wanted a cyanide and happiness like skit but we couldn’t make it look like we weren’t monsters.

Lesson here. Don’t listen to your friends.
