Quick remaster question. Is the Thanatos still white rarity? Or did they fix that in the original at some point? What about the Penetrator & Draco? Are they still just purple?

A long time ago on a server far, far away kiddo.

There were two actually I think. Ours that was for cataloging the “best” rolls for everything and another one that got made because a dude got banned for threatening mods or something like that.

Thanatos has been standard legendary rarity for awhile now, and the Draco and Penetrator are actually working now! There’s a little bit of weirdness with some imported items, which we’re still figuring out what all is affected by that.

Doesn’t look like it, same with the Executioner. It’s best to link this stuff to fresh loot from the remaster, but I’ve heard that’s the case for those two.

I threw together a thread to catalogue this stuff. I can’t think of any updates I’m behind on. I wanted to test Rapid Reload and see if it actually decreases recoil, but I didn’t have the time last night.

I’ve been meaning to throw together a BL:R bug awareness thread. Namely, Avenger and Bessie have been disappearing on save import, but it’s inconsistent. I just tested all but two of the vanilla uniques, 6 were disappearing from my inventory and bank.

edit: I should mention the import problems might be PC. All the reports I can think of are PC, but I also haven’t checked the xbox and ps4 sections.

Various types of Bessie have gotten in, some others haven’t. Not sure if that happens with Avengers. I’ve had the Leviathan, Patton, Blister, Dove, Sentinel, and Spy ghost on me. Nailer too, but I think I need to redo that one. I missed the Clipper and Roaster, not sure about those.

Maybe there’s a level clause on those quest items? Like they can’t be a higher level than when you were supposed to do the quest?

My penetrator works very well :stuck_out_tongue: Haven’t really tried anything else beyond my defiler. But I’ve got all kinds of goodies if you want to look.
And yes, those are my main weapons. Penetrator and defiler. Dirty as it sounds.

Mmm, I can’t think they’d do that, as you can farm those from enemy drops. Nailer from Bleeder, Blister from Mothrakk, etc. I think the Dove is quest reward exclusive, but with the others it doesn’t line up. The quests that reward those 6 are all over the game, from around New Haven up to Trash Coast. And then there’s the Bessies and Avengers. I’m guessing it’s something to do with the materials, as all Pearls and Uniques don’t pull from the universal pool for material.

I put in a ticket for this one, as it was really bizarre. I joined @Stouty22’s game with a Roland that had a few Choppers on him. I needed backpack space for new loot, so I decide to drop some of the trash Choppers I had been holding on to. They turned into these.

Set to Lv0, lost the Chopper material, lost the Chopper accessory. They were fine sitting in my backpack, but as soon as I dropped them or moved them to equip slots, bam. They work fine in solo play though, this is something with multiplayer.

Playing this now feels like it’s brand new again. All the magic is still there. I haven’t played it in years, and it is so great. I’ll be honest I don’t really care a ton about BL3 because it looks like they are still going to be doing the manufacturer gimmicks from 2, so I am real pumped about the remaster

Guys, I just picked up this awesome Anarchy Shredder from Craw. It was black rarity, which I’ve never seen before so it must be super rare! Some random guy was in the game and he told me it was 100% legit.
