Yeah, that’s the word on the street. I can go for five days without power no problem… don’t have a ton of food in the refrigerator at any given time, climate is compatible, and there’s backup power at work if I need to charge something (or bring my gaming rig in to catch up on stuff, because priorities).

I’ve gone two days without power during Matthew because the wind knocked over a transformer.

I know it’s silly, and I expect someone thinks I’m less of a man for it, but I absolutely did cry. I’m gonna miss those wackadoodles. Thank goodness for syndication so I never really have to say goodbye.

Yeah…
There were so many memorable episodes like the one where Sheldon got sick, the one where Howard and Bernadette got married and had a kid, the one where Raj fell in love with Siri, the one where Howard’s mom died, etc.
I loved watching that show and you’re right, they’ll never be forgotten.

I didn’t start watching until it was being repeated everywhere, but once I started I never stopped. I even got my wife hooked. I think my favorite episodes are the ones with Sheldon’s mom. Like when he got all those cats when he and Amy broke up.
Sheldon: Clowder.
Leonard: What?
Sheldon: A group of cats is a clowder. Or a glaring.
Leonard: Okay, yeah, fine.
Sheldon: It’s the kind of thing you ought to know now that we have one.
Also, everything Amy Farah Fowler says is gold.

I have, and it’s better than I expected. But I would prefer it if it weren’t Young Sheldon. I feel like he’s already grown past where he was when the Big Bang Theory started on Young Sheldon. I don’t hate it the way I thought I would, but I can’t bring myself to actively care very much about it.
Have you ever seen Blossom? I watched that when I was younger and really liked it.
Well, had a power outage here now as well. Admittedly not that surprising due to thunder, but eh, annoyed. At least it ended relatively fast (lasted less than an hour).

A lot of things from when I was younger haven’t aged so well, but I have fond memories. It used to air before or after (I can’t really remember which) The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, and I still watch that from time to time. I don’t know how well Blossom aged though.
I’m the same way but with cartoons and some of them are still just as good as I remember it.
How did I not know about this??

No idea, but it sounds interesting. Read the book and its sequel years back. Taking a series instead of a film out of it should be the right idea.
Good Omens boasts a cast led by David Tennant and Michael Sheen. I am really looking forward to that.
