I recorded a role-play (not the fun kind) of me as a therapist today. I canāt post it because the class has a confidentiality agreement, but suffice to say, I donāt like how I did. Rewatching the video just now makes me feel a bit better, but I still paused mid-response and said āuhā a few too many times. That ā ā ā ā is tough, but it was a very interesting experience.
I feel bad though because another student played as my client, and I as hers. She did her recording in two takes, and mine took about 6. I called it quits because I felt bad taking up all of her time. I also feel bad because I may re-record a session with someone else outside the class, because it may make me feel more comfortable, but it might upset my partner. It would not affect her grade at all, but might seem unappreciative of her time and effort (she handled putting together the clips). I probably wonāt after re-watching it, but Iām 16 seconds below the minimum time, and it kind of just cuts off quickly.

Iām here to tell you about a little-known event in American history: Yes, I am talking about the Roosevelt Sasquatch Offensive, when Theodore Roosevelt, the 26h President of the United Statesāarmed with nothing but a Browning Automatic Rifle, a box of cigars, and a kickass handlebar mustacheāslaughtered the entire Bigfoot population and burned their habitat to the ground, once and for all eliminating the Sasquatch threat that had hovered like the Sword of Damocles over mankind for centuries.
For decades, this little-known event has been shrouded in mystery and controversy. Were the Sasquatch really a threat? Or were they just peaceful (albeit very well-endowed) creatures? Had they truly harnessed the power of the atom years before humans did? Or were they so primitive that they ate the pinecones out of their own poop? Did Roosevelt act on his own accord, or did mysterious, nefarious forces back his assault? No one knows for sure, although many have their opinions, whether they be positive or negative. However, I think the one thing everyone can agree on is that this portrait of the event by SharpWriter is completely awesome.

Iām having a damnably impossible time trying to get back into Warframeā¦ which is a buzkill to me considering how much Iāve enjoyed it. Starting over from scratch on PC butchered my enjoyment of it entirely. Oddly, despite my hatred of grinding, I enjoy the actual gameplay of Warframe enough that I like it regardless. But going from having everything to nothing is horrid.
Close, the 0 is only there on PSN and itās at the end. I actually think Bobtm on its own wasnāt even an allowed username when I initially attempted to use it on there, and PSN doesnāt allow spaces, and I hate underscores. Also, long time no anything Admiral.
Archeage was a trainwreck though, havenāt logged onto that mess in ages. PC gaming sort of tore me away from console gaming for the most part.
Also also, I donāt particularly feel like I have much relevant to say these days, as that trend has been for a good while now. So I keep drifting off like a butterfly, aimlessly floating about. But itās a butterfly thatās been genetically cross-bred with a boomerang, hence my occasional returns to this lovely place.
Random note; That was actually a feature on the old forums too, though I donāt believe anyone really used it much at all.
Odd how timing works out like that as Iām scrolling along, catching up on over 200 missed posts here.
Also also also, I still really enjoy multiquoting despite my general inactivity. The layout on this forum with the infinite scrolling in tandem with my PC not being a ham sandwich in conjunction with the hightlight quotes makes it much easier. Also also also also, putting a short few underscores on a line by itself creates an entire page-break style line. So thatās pretty gnarly too.
I couldāve gone overboard with the multi-quoting but I decided to keep it light. Spoiler tags here just do the blur thing rather than creating a collapsable dealio. If they worked the latter of those ways Iād have been more tempted to go nuts with it. But alas, it simply isnāt to be.

Yeah I knew it was you Admiral, even in my absolute inactivity Iāve been managing to read every post in this new RTT thus far.
I was planning on updating my PS4 this weekend funnily enough because I decided to get Dragon Ball Xenoverse on it as opposed to PC. I feel like its controls would be a bit jarring on that as opposed to PS4 since my only wired controller I can use on PC has a severe drift on the right thumbstick. With that and Final Fantasy Type-0 Iāll have a few reasons to hop back on the old horse in the very near future.
The launch of Archage was a mess, then things stabilized and I was enjoying it. Then the devs literally turned on their heels and pushed changes to make it a pay to win game, and they did so with gusto there. After a series of changes clearly focused on nothing more than cash grab I packed up and left that fiasco. I still wonder who managed to snatch up my four land plots though and am so incredibly tempted to log in just to see, but I wonāt.
Well thatās terrible. I just feel kind of like you disappeared on PS4. I was starting to think you wouldnāt be on ever again and got lost in the void of the PC gaming community, even though it sounds like you kind of did. Keep in mind if you attempt to play Warframe again on PS4, everything is different(well you probably know that because of the PC version.)
