Dlc can be good and bad.
Good: Dragonborn
Bad: horse armor
Im just suprised Nintendo have started using dlc I havent seen that befor.
Yeah, 3 Mercedes karts. Definitely an interesting choice, but it was free. Who doesnāt want free dlc?

Any Kart/Character in DLC is Patched in so you can go online.
The Mercedes dlc was to do with this
$15 for 16 tracks, 6 characters and 8 karts in MK8.
I think Mario Golf had like $12 dlc that doubled the amount of holes or something ridiculously cheap.
Oh and, Smash Bros, Mewtwo is $3 and $5 if you want it for both 3ds and wii u.
Double Oh, Hyrule Warriors has the best implemented DLC for the price ever made.
Dunno, having Mercedes in MK just clashes with the aesthetics, maybe that Iām nitpicking here but urgh.
Theyāre cartoony cars turned into karts in a cartoony kart racing game that has a driveable shoe and Link from Zelda playable. He makes zero sense being there, but he is.
It honestly doesnāt clash with the aesthetic of the game one bit.

I meant for an FPS Kart game. I know that Valve is making their profits from micro transactions from TF2 after it went F2P.
Though the Heavy Pyro and Spy showed up in that one Sonic game. Pyro is driving the kart, Heavy is in the boat, and the Spy pilots the plane. With bad voice acting though.

They did, but in a whole lot less than what they created afterwards.
People dont seem to care though, Valve have raised the price for most misc, keys etc, in the ingame store by quite a lot and peoplr dont care.
And if youre smart you trade for a cosmetic or buy it on community market instead of buying it ingame.
