My summer has been comparatively tame (at least in comparison to recent years). It remains humid here, and by humid I mean we still average over 90% humidity, but we haven’t been setting temperature records like last year. Albeit its gotten worse the last few days, got up around 85 today, and yes that’s as hellish as it sounds at that humidity.

Same, kinda, I drive a jeep so the top is off all summer and there is no point to even putting the AC on

I was going to comment on your optimism about humanity not managing to kill ourselves off, but the weird time line you have for Earth’s death confused me so much that I’m more curious about that now. I mean shouldn’t it be billions till our sun destroys the planet?
