Randomized hit percentages are off

Hey developers.

Something’s fishy with the dodging mechanics. I feel like strike craft without turrets have had their hit percentages take a significant hit. The same applies to the missile code as well. It feels like it takes a lot longer to deal with strike craft using a missile destroyer than before; could this be due to the firing cones for the Homeworld 2 AI being larger, to deal with larger strike craft formations?
