Select the explosive option and aim for the head (freezing optional):

The explosive nova is just icing on the cake. Iā€™m not sure if itā€™s on par with the Cobra from BL2, but it does pop enemies like balloons.

What about the BL1 Cobra? Ya know, the Torgue Legendary sniper?

I never had one of those, but if it was an explosive sniper rifle, this would approximate that in TPS.

This game just absolutely CRIES for a Cobra or some type of explosive sniper.

Jack can do that too with sponsored by. Pick a Torgue gun and swap to a Jakobs sniper.

Or better yet, swap to a cryo Maliwan Snider. Not exactly like the Cobra, but it might be even better. :wink:

[/quote]That only procs at like 35% at 5/5? I donā€™t think there is a class mod that boosts it higher?

Itā€™s pretty good on paper (I donā€™t own Jaclone either) but not as good as Aurelia because itā€™s not sniper-specific (on the flip side, it works with all guns) . Unlike Clappy it will process on all shots.

And you are correct: CC has no COM that boosts it.
