yeah but one Guardian thing coming back from fight for your life with full shields and health is a pretty major help. and there are a few other treats from Guardian rank that help quite a bit as well.
Having a few legendary weapons and shields at say 12, 19, 24, 30 and 40 laid back for your noob is also handy, and increases your rapid kill.
Having someone drop in and use the fabricator until you manage to increase your ammo till your not running out all the time is also a pretty big help.
Many people have to start at the very bottom and boom up, and have no help except Grit, and as you said a can do Behavior.
I think the bosses need to be reasonably beatable for them too, I think this is something that is hard to gauge when making a game like this, but I do believe they are doing pretty well at it.
EDIT >> and yes I am a Completionist⌠I have trouble leaving things undone
Again these are story bosses not endgame who cares? Hardest content in story mode is the unskippable cutscenes and talkative npcâs. The put out an invincible and you solo him in 10 secs then you can complain. Outgearing story boss fights should trivialize them or what was the point in getting the gear. Real problem is other then slaughter missions there is no endgame of any kind. Keep in mind dlc had content in bl2 that wasnât trivial even for cheaters with 200k badass ranks. Story took hours legit farming and moving up OP levels took months.

Except for Katagowa Ball, the bosses are pretty easy. They have simple mechanics that can be outplayed regardless of what youâre running.
Katagowa Ball is cheesy af. It moves way too quickly and you canât out maneuver it or its missile attacks. Cheesing behind pipes is necessary because the bosses itself is cheesy. The first time I beat it, the missiles knocked off all but 5 of my health in the first 10 seconds lol. That boss needed a nerf.

Not true. The bosses in this game were always laughably easy.
This is borderlands. Bosses are there to spoon-feed you loot to gear you up to go out and meet the raid bosses. That is their entire purpose. The raid bosses are the challenge but BL3 has launched without one (as far as we know, if there is one no-oneâs announced they found it yet). It will turn up I imagine. It wonât be âhardâ being the first one in the game but it will be above whatâs there now.
Once youâre done there theyâll release a new DLC with a new set of quests and a new set of bosses to harvest to prepare you to go out and meet a new raid boss.
Rinse/Repeat until people stop buying the DLC often enough to make it profitable.
The only unusual thing this time is thereâs no raid boss at launch for BL3. BL2 had 2 (although it took a while to find one of them) and TPS had an upgraded version of the final story boss as a raid boss.
