Recursion Physics and Spawn Issues

I’ve been using a Recursion Shotgun since the game came out. Lately it seems like it rockets baddies into the great beyond more frequently. I’ve ran into this on takedown a lot. Usually they fly out of reach and they get stuck. Then you can’t progress in certain levels.

Is there a way to have a “fence” around maps to automatically kill an enemy that gets thrown off the map. There is already a boundary for the player. Or maybe an inactivity timer?

I know this happens on slaughter shaft, cistern, sometimes on slaughter star just by spawning. It sucks having to restart because you murder too hard.
