So I redeemed my bonuses after getting the catch a ride unlocked and what I got was a bunch of guns, shield, and grenade mods that do 0 damage and have 0 magazine/capacity/amount making all the legendaries literally unusable. This makes all the bonuses I got pointless and its upsetting to get the deluxe edition for the guns and not be able to use them.

I have the same problem on Xbox one.

I claimed my content on PC and it glitched as well. The items were showing in my inventory with no stats. I logged off and back on to see if that would fix it and they disappeared and are no longer in my mailbox… Hoping that I can still get these somehow since I payed for them.

Mine are all zero’s, too. useless. and I did log into shift to get them.

I’m having the same exact issues and I can’t find help about it anywhere.

Unfortunately there’s no quick fix users can do on this. You can file a support ticket so that the team can get some sense of the scale of the problem and whether there might be common factors. Hopefully the issue can be found and resolved sooner rather than later.

I’ve pretty much just been stonewalled when I contacted support. Told that they have no idea when I will be getting my items and that I can’t get a refund. 2k support told me to contact epic support and vice versa. Better to just buy games off steam. At least they have customer support.
