I suffered a major glitch and lost all my game saves and keys on borderlands the pre-sequel would anybody be willing to help me power level so I’m not stuck restarting the game from scratch. I reached out to 2K for help but I’ve been waiting for over a week and nothings been taken care of. I’d appreciate anybody want to help me. I’m playing on Xbox one

The game is been out for a few years I thought all glitches and issues would’ve been addressed and fixed by now but I guess not which is sad since it’s such a great game. To invest how many hours just to see everything Gone is very upsetting and frustrating
