I appreciate the reply and the time you’re putting in to investigate the issue with PS4. That said the “work around” is more of a run around because it does not work. In all honesty if this was a code that had to be redeemed in the PlayStation store I would be more forgiving. This is a shift code, as far as I know SHIFT is Gearbox’s baby, as I’ve only seen it in gearbox games. When Gearbox is unable to get their Shift codes to work in their games, it leaves me wondering what are they doing over there? On top of that you revealed it was known that there might be some issues redeeming the code. If it was known why do something that would expose it to the player base prior to fixing the issue?
