Rewards won't work

I try to get the rewards for the pre sequel, but it will not work even though I bought the season pass for tales from the borderlands.

huh idk it worked for me and i didn’t even buy the season pass it worked after i bought episode 2.
And I think it has something to do with your Shift account.
