This isn’t 100%, but it seems that the Eridian slab (once you get all of them across the galaxy) are found, you should be able to translate and inspect it for the final memory in Sanctuary III, however, there’s a strong chance that this will break!

As per here, even the work arounds doesn’t work for some: after restarting the game, mashing X button, nothing, it’s like if it didn’t calculate i got the other ones.
