Season pass woes PS4

So I recently picked up a copy of Battleborn, because I got tired of Overwatch and I immediately picked up the season pass for the extra Heroes, but when I check the game the keys are nowhere to be found. I’ve never used any keys and when I select a hero to unlock no keys show up.

When I check in game it states the price for the season pass, but when I click it, it takes me to the store and shows up as purchased.
I even made a ticket on the gearbox support site, but that’s been ten days ago and no reply whatsoever as of this topic.

Anyone got an idea on how to get it to work?

I don’t know how the store works on PSN but, if there’s any way you can grab a screen shot of your season pass purchase, that would be pretty helpful. It may take a day or two to get a response (especially with the first DLC launching later today), but hopefully the support folks can get you sorted and on your way to Battleborn awesomeness.

To use the keys, you have to go to the character and unlock it there. It’s kind of a roundabout way of doing it. I think it was triangle for me.

Sorry, missed this (unless you added it later?) You should at least have received a standard auto-reply with a ticket number. Reply to this email with a request for an update; don’t start a new ticket, because that just makes things take even longer. If you still don’t hear anything after that, I’d suggest asking @JoeKGBX if he can find out anything for you.

I already made a ticket as stated in my first post, but thanks for thinking along. I also tried triangle on the Heroes, but it says I don’t have any keys.

But did you get an email acknowledging the ticket? I usually do all my follow-up with GBX support through the email, since it’s easier than faffing around with their web site.

Yeah I got that, but that was the end of that.

OK, so reply to that email stating that you haven’t received a response yet and ask for an update. That should pop your ticket up in the queue and hopefully get some help. If that doesn’t work Joe is the community guy here and may be able to raise your ticket through back-channels.
