so, i did a quick sketch between clases and i think at least you can notice some details in color that weren’t so apparent in plain. also, source image with Photoshop curves on. toughts?

i kinda percive the character in the character select as a female, or a as a kid. while on the concept art it looks like he’s a guy. i kinda like the idea of her being a cute chirp that blows up thing pretty much a-la-tiny-tina but being orendi already there, maybe it just chirps. and ill love if he/she chirps everything without sying a word, just different tonned chirps. could be benedict GF. then again there’s two girls on the pic, so im guessing itll be a guy or a kiddo. also, now you can see the jenerith girl uses an arm like rendain. and maybe glasses? dunno. wouldn’t mind another psycho girl tho.
also by the colors of his/her gun, it looks like he/she stole/tookit/repurpossedit it from jennertih tech.
Or maybe it’s like a bird version of Danny DeVito

if you look at the portrait in the character select screen, yes, it kind does. i like that portrait better.
tho, i hope it has a good personality, like orendi. orendi dsign is kinda meh. but once you hear her and see her do some taunts you kinda learn to love her. she’s one of my favourites. still it’s an interesting design character-wise, even if he/she is ugly, im hyped for gamplay and voices before i can say i like them or not.
I’m an rpg gamer for the most part so I still want to play a character I can connect with. It looks like a grenadier toting bird (wait… don’t we already have one of those?!) which doesn’t look appealing to me or look like it would suit my playstyle. If other people like it, that’s fine. I’m just voicing my own opinion here lol. I was really hoping for some super badass dlc characters to look forward to but so far they seem pretty disappointing. Alani sounds alright being a glorified water bender, but I’m not good at player healer. The big mech suit on the far left doesn’t look too impressive. I’m holding out for the two on the right, they look a bit more promising. In saying that, I will very much have a good crack at playing them, but from what I’ve seen so far I don’t expect them to replace my Mellka or Rath by any stretch of the imagination

Yeah that’s the general consensus. Remind me again though… who’s nova? I think I remember hearing something about her in the “story” missions 
she actually mentions the mech suit being fun at the start of some level
