The base material is EVA foam like gym floor mats. 
I love the stuff. Itās so easy to use.

PS: How did you carve the lines? Only a carpet-knife? Its such a great technique!

Good to know! I craft often with rubberfoam sheets, but the thicker sheets you used are hard to get hereā¦

It will work jmorales20! I was unsure myself until I saw a cosplayer on facebook doing a similar sized, shaped cosplay. She posted a picture of her skeleton for it which has helped immensely.
Have you tried ebay? You can find the foam on there. Might help a little

Sadly most foamplates come from the US - so thereĀ“d high tollfees when I would import them. Maybe IĀ“m lucky someday, I stroll ebay alot for crafting materials & ideas^^
So far I stick to craft simpler things from thin rubberfoam sheets, like Athenas Aspis 
Your project definately inspires me to craft bigger things in the future!
This is really fantastic stuff. A heartfelt round of applause! I always love seeing creative cosplays, and really, a community like Battleborn should be generating creativity. This game essentially stars a bunch of nerds, so it should be appealing to creative nerds, too. Certainly works for Elder Scrolls Online!
