SHIFT Authentification failed. Maintenance Wednesday's?

Can’t get SHIFT authitification. Both BL2 and TPS. I suspect it could be a maintenance thing but not sure.
And I’m finding I don’t know how to “write a support ticket”! lol

I DEMAND A FULL REFUND OF EVERY GEARBOX PRODUCTS I’VE EVER OWNED.
Even the free ones!

Understood - the good news/bad news is that the forums have expanded considerably! For future reference, though, there is this:
