SHiFT code doesn't work

I submitted the code for the three skins, isiic, S&A and benedict and it said I could not redeem it. Different message from when it’s not an accurate code. I played the beta, I preordered and obtained the game today. physical disk version.

I did copy and paste the code, I shall try it without doing that (i was streaming it to my pc since my xbox headset doesnt work) but i pasted each 5 bit part in their boxes, and again, it was different from the wrong code message.

Anyone know why? are the codes not active yet?

use all lower case I had the same problem all lower case solved it

Dunno what the problem was but it worked after I restarted the game.

Thanks for the info too, didn’t know lowercase counted, it’l save me time if I manually type codes is for SHiFT
