So I joined the VIP Program when it first launched, and over the course of the summer wound up buying all of the heads & skins.

Zane & FL4K’s have both shown up on my PS4, but the skins for Moze & Amara haven’t - the Reward History in BL3 lists the Zane skin as the first reward I purchased, but the VIP Rewards section on the website lists the Amara & Moze skins as being bought before that.

Can anyone help me?

I’d put in a ticket. I was given my points back and spent those to get my Norfleet to redeem.
