Shredder with a Bee.......Viable at OP8?

But I doubt I am getting above 10.0 FR with a Harold or Swordsaplosion even with BOTH the FR boost from the Com AND an 11/5 2f

Yeah, I had the Bone Shredder in mind when I replied :stuck_out_tongue:

Though, just to be clear: you need to be below 10 fire rate BEFORE considering Two Fangs. If 2F makes you go over 10FR, that’s fine, it won’t break

Ha…we were talking Apples vs Oranges…

I Would probably use a Killer or the Professional if I was going to main a fast firing group of AR’s like Kittens and Shredifiers.

Chuck…you should see what Shadow is doing with the next patch.

AR’s just might be Axton’s best …or at least totally playable.

He’s removed the Type C crit Penalty from ALL ARs and he’s tinkering with Overload and giving it “more” stuff and I asked him to take a look at the Rifleman Com to change the AR gun damage to Multiplicative

A TRUE Assault Rifle Axton may be very forthcoming…

I had heard a lot of good things about the Droog. So I put it up against my Lyuda I had on me. The Lyuda was better. I recently came into an incendiary Droog so I finally could test it out.

I mean, the Droog is awesome, but a Lyuda is basically a Droog … With splitting pellets and extra crits.

I was more testing ammo consumption with my playstyle on Maya, seeing if the Droog might be closer in comparison. With the high recoil(better stock would help but not enough imo) on the Droog, the ammo consumption was pretty close. Lyuda still spent more. But, I could kill quicker with the Lyuda, and on the UBA’s I can keep the crosshair on point much better with the Lyuda than the Droog and that is when I spent more ammo with the Droog. The enemies that required more than a couple shots is when the Lyuda really shined.

Lyuda is just objectively better version of a Droog. Kind of a shame really but there is no reason to use a Droog in BL2 because you can go get Lyuda and finding one is even easier.

If you have both with the same parts the guns are otherwise the same except the Lyuda has more base damage, better accuracy, extra crit damage and it seems to have very slighly less recoil too. Then of course there is the possibility of having the sweetspot range for 3x damage.

If you want a Droog get a Lyuda because it’s the best Droog around.

yes, I completely agree. which is why its taken me years to actually find a good purple op8 Droog. I was finally able to wield the damn thing. lol now I know. I was actually hoping it was the same, just doesn’t have the pellet split. oh well. :disappointed:

For higher level play:

Low Level Droog = GREAT “crit machine” to mix with higher level Legendary Sniper, Critical Ascension and a Zer0

Regular Droog = Good

Patriot (with Patch) = Better

Lyuda = Best
