When i try to sign into shift to redeem keys it say log in failed as i have a account and cant have more than one but i dont need any other i just want to sign in to my account any help will be appreciated thanks

As to your problem, I just want to make sure I’m clear. Are you saying you only have one SHiFT account and it’s telling you that you have two, or do you actually have two? There’s nothing wrong with having two, btw.
Also, what’s your platform?
No i just have one and i only need one account the im on ps4 i just recently got the handsome collection the problem im having is i cant log onto shift as i get a error saying log in failed as i own a account

Thanks and the error i get as follows , sign in failed - you already have a profile associated with gearbox software shift account and you cannot be associated with more than one . Is there a fix for this so i can use my account on borderlands 2 please
Have you tried reassigning your PSN ID to you SHiFT account via the SHiFT website?
Just sign in, click on “Gaming Platforms”, and enter your PSN info.
