I may have made a mistake. I redeemed my code on the PSN app on my phone, but there’s no download available on my PS4, is there going to be a download available on PSN, or did I just break my code?

I just had zero issues preloading. The tab where it normally says “install” will still say “preload,” but it says “pre-load complete; unreleased” in my game list.

We’ve got a LOT of users that need their forum permissions adjusted for access to the Private CTT board. Working on this with our internal team and the Discourse crew. Goal is to get it up and running by Thursday. I’ll get up a forum-wide announcement tomorrow about it.
TL;DR – board is up, you just can’t see it yet!

cool cool. and we’ll clearly be able to see which boards are the closed ones and which aren’t, correct? The last thing I want to do is accidentally post something for a private board in a public one

I never got an email but I got a code on the page so everyone make sure to double check the page if you didnt get the email. Preloading =)
Please use official URLs in your emails. I thought it was some kind of scam mail because there were some obscure URLs when hovering over the links when I got it. It looked legit otherwise, but nowadays even some of the scam mails can look pretty good.

You should be okay. The application may never appear in your library, if it’s anything like the Rainbow Six Beta.
Open the PlayStation app, go to the store, click on the little person icon to get a dropdown menu. “Download list” should be an option, select that, and it ought to display everything you’ve ever purchased/downloaded via PSN, newest to oldest. If your PS4’s in rest mode, you can simply tap “Download to my PS4” and you’ll be g2g.
I thought I’d forfeited my Rainbow Six Beta the first time I uninstalled it, but I took a deep breath and troubleshot it.
