Since they're not posting it here. Borderlands show on Feb 10th, Directors cut reveal

Really kicking myself for not buying PC for that reason now. Should have known the only people that can make the game fun for me don’t work at GBX

I would like to see the same mod support for this as I did with Skyrim. I was hesitant buying that game again but after I did and saw all the things that one can do with the mods provided it was amazing in my opinion and I can see the BL franchise benefiting from it. Also as others have said would be nice to see things fixed that apparently GBX can’t/won’t.

Yes, basically.

On the plus side, this year’s Cartel stuff seems to be new.

This would be amazing. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.

Won’t happen. GBX has never officially supported mods and I don’t see them changing that. Unfortunately the BL3 modders will be constrained by what can be changed through the hotfix function.

Unless someone manages to break into the code further, they won’t give them access to mod core functionality.

Deep down I know…just wishful thinking is all. Kind of like deep down we all know the issues we have brought up since the games release being fixed will never be addressed. But hey we got that door bell !

Boy howdy! We sure did!

One of two reasons I’m going pc , better gaming and I refuse to buy consoles from a scalpers this robot mass buying is what help push me that way .

Nah, just look at the Arms Race mini-event. More loot but same limited extraction space. Faster Murdercane. That should help get you in the right frame of mind.

Is there any chance that the door content will be a free extra launched along side of the final DLC since they did have it in the original core game trailer?

That’s my hope, but with the hype they’re trying to build up around it, it’s doubtful.

If it isn’t that’ll be the last straw for the franchise for me. For something that was shown in the launch trailer to be added as paid content over a year later would be disgusting

I think I just saw a news article about how Embracer will let other developers use GBX IP, so we could actually get a Borderlands universe game in the future that was actually fully tested and fleshed out on release.

However at this point not surprising either.
