after lvl 30 i respec my skills. after that i cant set my acion skill, so i respec new without skilling and wearing an class mod( dont know why this works if i dont use any skillpoint). now is have zero skil points left to use and get for lvl 31 1skill point. so at this time my character is lvl 31 and has only 1 skill point for use…
