Nope. Expanded universe never happened. J.J. Abrams erased it. That dude is DEAD.
(J.J. Abrams is kind of like the Varelsi…)

You know there is this whole amazing expanded universe, but (JJ abrams " let’s get rid of it")

To be honest, some part of the EU was… let’s say “pretty average”.
And that’s Disney who ditched it, not Abrams.

Also, they are re-including some of the most popular stuff (Thrawn is back) so you never know what will happen with Fett (Considering he appeared in The Clone Wars, i wouldn’t count him out yet)

/Offtopic

Still Mad Disney got rid of it

I have one thing to say on this

“The Thrawn trilogy”

If you are Star Wars fans, and haven’t read these books I highly recommend

I actually hate those cutscenes. I think the animation is really low quality. Like, some flat, slapped together Flash animation.

I prefered the beta intro and I’d rather the wraparounds were done with the game’s 3D models. THAT would’ve been cool, in my opinion.

While I do like them, I agree they are not of the best quality. And I don’t think they cost much to create.

How about how Montana’s gun is missing part of the absurdly massive loading mechanism in the animations? xD

I thought he just did not need it for them, he DID go straight back to the ship

Well hate is a strong word

It is, but I truly hate them. 2D animation is something I have very strong opinions about and I just don’t appreciate these cutscenes on any level. Everytime I see them, they ripe me out of the game a little bit because it’s such a huge contrast from the look of the game itself.

Yeah…I really didn’t care for them myself. They were ugly/choppy IMHO…flashbacks from old Aeon Flux episodes on MTV.

@Benedict_87

The disgusting savagery of the Star Wars expanded universe is something that will piss me off FOREVER!

BOBA FETT WAS NOT A CLONE!

He was a lawman obsessed with hunting down his nemesis Han Solo!

EDIT: I own sooooo many Star Wars novels whose plots have now been rendered completely obsolete…

Whoa in the expanded universe he is a clone still

@cadecampbell

No man.

In then novel “Tales of the Bounty Hunters” (written like 20 years ago and about the backstories of each of the bounty hunters hired by Darth Vader) it is established that he is a lawman on a backwoods planet hunting Solo from system to system and this is what leads him into bounty hunting and finding his Mandalorian Combat Armour.

They made him a clone for the stupid prequels.

Well the prequels are canon so he is

Also how would you see a scene of pendles and deande being the main stars @FlamesForAll

@cadecampbell

The old canon was better before they slashed and burned it!

Lol I just want to see Pendles chasing scared KLEESE…

I wonder who assigned that hit (maybe ISIC), and how kleese survived, maybe a big spinoff pendles game can reveal some information on it
