I played during the open beta and really enjoyed the game. At the point to buy the deluxe edition
Now I have a problem: the open beta game has disappeared from my steam library and replaced by the regular Battleborn. But the 10 gb beta files are still on my computer. So I was wondering if I should keep these data to avoid re-downloading them or if I should delete them because they’ll be outdated?
thank you

I was wondering the same thing.

It will be nice to have some announcement on pre-load or something…

I’ve still got the beta installed on my PS4 so I’m guessing it’s still just the beta data and you’ll need to install the game in-full when it comes out.

Yeah I wanted to but then again I want a figure from the pre order from GameStop. I hope it all just ties in with getting the season pass.

Nice to see that I’m not the only one in that case^^
Can we have an official answer to our problem?

Are some of you using Solid State drives?
On my 64bit system the files are gone after the beta was removed.

Make sure you’re checking the proper partition. It should be in its library folder under “Steam/steamapps/common/Battleborn Open Beta”.

Nope, just checked, jumps from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Borderlands
…to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BorderlandsPreSequel

No Battleborn to be found after the beta ended. Not a problem though, preordered and will reinstall.

All files are still here… Any answer?

EDIT: and the game is out now  would be good to know if I have to redownload everything…
