So I rolled a Norfleet and cashed in points for a Veruc on my VIP account today in season 1, but I can not find written anywhere how to open them in game. Anyone else having this problem and figured in out?

They should be in inventory of your first loaded character. Check the Shift rewards list in game before you check your inventory.

Yes, I’ve tried looking there. In fact, a shift code that I entered since rolling and exchanging points for the BL2 weapons shows in the list, but no sign of the Norfleet or Veruc :frowning:

You need to submit a ticket to the helpdesk then.
