Is that like Moze’s Force Feedback? But doesn’t have a problem that while her shields are recharging from it, taking any damage stops the shield regen? Is there a similar issue for the Shield Reboot perk?

Both Shield Reboot and Force Feedback will stop the first time you take damage.
