So where do you ask Gearbox for my 8 keys and 8,000 shift points I lost?

Finally getting back on this game and saving my character after each time I log off. But just notices all my keys are gone too. I thought those were account wide and not per character.

I have seen people saying they wrote a ticket but don’t see that in game.

The keys are in a file called - iirc - profile.sav. If you’re backing up your files, you’ll want to make sure you do that one too. It also contains all your cosmetic items, probably your bank contents, …
