Is it possible to specatate a 2 player game by a 3rd person online?

If you are in a 3 player map and kill you runits and stay to watch is there any mechanic to see a specific player from their team, versus them being displayed as an enekny?

@cloaked built a full set of spectator maps. To see the difference, ally with one of them.
