Has anybody seen a random spawn enemy that looks like Juggernaut. I believe He’s called “The unstoppable” and spawns in on Ambermire on eden-6 by one of the giant drills.

This seems to be his legendary drop. The reference is both to X-men’s “I’m the Juggernaut, Bitch” and Key and Peele’s sketch, “I said biiiiiiitch.”

Also the “Band of Something With A Very Similar Name In The Marvel Universe” is what gives Juggernaut his unstoppable-ness.

so I think I found Rack mans layer.

It’s located in Carnivora

Easiest way to travel to it is, by spawning In Carnivora guts then leaving through the main entrance. Where my vehicles located is a catch a ride.

Inside so far I’ve found five Rack spawn. So I’m wondering if it’s a random encounter mission like Wick and Warty, or if it’s a case of the Juggernaut again.

Wait for the rakk man symbol to appear in the sun. Then travel to that location to fight him. He drops a Batman themed legendary that leaves enemies with 1 hp. As Batman…has a code. Never kill.
