I’m a bit torn on the issue here, to be honest. On the one hand, regardless of the game I’m playing, in a PvP setting, I’m gonna try and win (because - guess what? - that’s how I have fun with a game). Harsh and unfair to them, maybe, but that how I like to bounce my ball (cough).
However, I’m not going to go out of my way to smash or discourage some newbies/lowbies, especially in PVE. So I communicate tips and tricks and stuff. Some newer players don’t know that Geoff’s weakpoints are his “eyes” and also the joints in the back, or that the MX.Elite bot stopped moving because it’s about to unleash a massive stun attack, or that Ambra’s Sunspots are there to both damage enemies and heal allies (so f***ing help me, if another person runs from the Sunspots…).
But in PvP, I’m sorry, but if you’re not on my team, you will find no mercy from me. Regardless of your CR, may the better player/team win.
Taunting… eh, depends on the taunt. I love having Toby freak out after getting a kill. It’s hilariously adorable.
