Steam achievements does not achieve “Savior of the Universe” for opening all achievements. Why?

Why there is no achievement for receipt of all achievements? it is present at console. When I beat out all achievements I want to deliver in a profile most important, for example as it is made in Dark Souls 3. Look at my Steam a profile and you will see
So you wan’t an equivalent for Platinum Trophies? Not many Steam games have those kind of achievements. (At least the ones I own) You don’t really need one. No one else cares about your achievements but you so devs don’t usually bother giving a “Final Achievement”
