Good day everyone, To be very blunt, I’m getting really desperate here. I’ve tried contacting everything I can but after two days there’s still no single response that has helped me. So, I was hoping some people on this sub could help me. I’d do everything for an answer here.

The problem: whenever I try to play Battleborn, Steam does not change to ‘in-game: Battleborn’. Instead, it just shows ‘online’. Battleborn is the only game that is doing this, other games are fine. This wouldn’t be such a big issue if this didn’t prevent me from receiving my pre-order bonuses and entering any multiplayer/co-op games. I can do nothing online-related.

Thank you so much in advance if you know how to fix this.
For the record, I have reinstalled both steam and the game multiple times, and I have also restarted my PC multiple times.

Have you tried to enter a support ticket?

Yes, I’ve gotten two responses which did not help me much, and I’m awaiting the third response now. But I figured there might be someone here that knows more than me.

I used to have that when I would be logged on steam on a different computer, do you have steam on more than once device and open on both?

All I can think of is Steam on my phone. I tried logging out on there and launching Battleborn, but no luck. Strange thing is that all other games that I launch on Steam are fine.
