As per topic. Ordered super deluxe version, got bugged 0 damage legendaries and didn’t get half my items. Contacted 2k support. Received the below reply.

Unfortunately, we don’t have visibility on their progress here in customer support, so we don’t have a timeline for the fix to be implemented. Please follow us on Twitter

Contacted Epic games store to get a refund for the difference between the super deluxe version price and the regular pre order (as I didn’t get the pre order bonus items) and got the below replies.


We understand that you purchased Borderlands 3 Super Deluxe Edition which includes the Season Pass and Deluxe bonus content. I reviewed your Epic account and I was able to see that you have redeemed the Deluxe Bonus Pack and the Pre-purchase reward in your account. However, if the contents from the bonus pack are missing, please contact our friends in Borderlands 3 support here: https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us for assistance with the missing content.

Upon checking, your purchase of Borderlands 3 Super Deluxe Edition is not eligible for refund as you have exceeded the two-hour in-game time limit. As previously mentioned, we’re able to see that you already have redeemed the pre-purchase bonus pack in your account. Please check your characters for the items/rewards from the pre-purchase bonus. If you’re still unable to see the items, you’ll need to get in touched again with Borderlands 3 support as Epic Games Support is unable to manually add them back in your account. Please note that you have to inform them that your pre-purchase bonus is missing and not your game progress.
