True
Lot of those changes are unnecessary tho

Eh, at this point itās just a personal disagreement. But, they have the numbers, so I respect what they do as itās based off of accurate statistics
Cool?
Numbers are definetly not everything though for addressing character balance I would say. Solid example of that are Benedict and Kleese. But they keep hitting rath an dragon with nerfs and none of them I have really agreed with. These guys even in competent hands can still have really difficult games and for the most part it looks like there jobs are getting harder(dragons gonna have a really difficult time if they are gonna do what they are suggesting)
I just want to say, the only nerf to Rath in the patch notes, is them increasing the cooldown on his ult. In fact, theyāve even increased El Dragonās health, so unless you consider that a nerf, they havenāt been āhittingā them with non-stop nerfs.
Iām wouldnāt say he doesnāt need balancing because he probably does but Iāve never had an Ernest out damage me. Iām not patting myself on the back I just donāt see it happening while I play damage focused character.
Are you talking about an opposing teams Ernest?
Any idea what they are going to nerf on OM?
First nerf to dreadwind I didnāt think was necessary. Maybe with quick melee getting reworked(in ways I didnāt prefer) itās fine but couldnāt say for sure. Similar thoughts with rath getting an hp boost boost but an additional increase in dreadwind cooldown.
So since the big wound patch hit dragons passive melee damage buff goes from 30 percent to 15 which is fine(they nerfed his level 5 skill damage tied to his passive from 30 percent to 15 which is also fine) they have nerfed slow which affects most melee which is also fine for him. They are planning on reworking aoe dot which affects him and a lot of others. Also fine. But they are still planning on hitting his stun on splash and his clap speed. I would personally prefer them to wait on hitting him with the other tweaks until after the aoe tweak. Itās my personal opinion that dragon is basically the most balanced melee and one of the few that adequately does his job without being op.
Finally I do believe that melee are getting health buffs. Except dragon. They want to keep him a glass cannon but am worried about what they are doing to his cannon aspect
Napalm is getting a size and damage reduction
El dragons stack have capped at 15% since close to release I believe. Command just didnāt reflect this till then
Oh really? Well I feel a little silly now
Psychologically nerfed then! Lol
Yeah just checked got hit in beta
April 14
EL DRAGON
El Dragonās damage output scaled way too high due to the passive and some bugs we found in testing. In addition, his ultimate is meant to be more damage over time so we reduced the instant damage component.
Reduced Undisputed Champ bonus damage to melee damage from 3% to 1.5% per stack
Reduced Level 5 Mutation Uncanny passive bonus damage to skills from 3% to 1.5% per stack
Reduced damage of En Fuego explosion by 62%
Reduced Clap damage by 25%
Max health has been reduced
and everyone thinks heās bad now HA
He isnāt a support anymore though. He does way too much damage to be called that. I woul;dnāt be so up in arms about it if it werenāt for the fact that 38 per second is f*cking nothing. Reyna can supply more reliable heals than him.
I get that heās not a healer, but is it a sin for me to WANT to heal?
Rath is getting buffed to compensate for his one nerf
Ninjaād by vicks
All aoe dot damage but Orendi. So heās gonna take a big hit. They originally wanted aoe dot to deal more damage the longer youāre in it but it was too hard to explain easily
Damage scales while target is in the effected area. Doesnāt sound too complicated
my big wondering is how that scaling would go? if itās linear it could be mildly interesting depending on the starting value
Hadnāt seen much on a rath buff. Is there more data I am not privy to? I just have the mental Mars info and would hate to be spewing nonsense
