Nah, they rather have you play test it to save them money… I’m still play testing the one x waiting for a fix for the shutdowns… Still waiting like 7.5 months later. How long will it take to fix the most recent mess, I mean addition to the game?

Ok so I’m not crazy! I wasnt sure anymore if I had the right sniper or not since I wasnt seeing the shock orbs! Well…at least now I know. Hopefully a hotfix will come soon

Yeah still same here (Epic version of the game).
This sniper lost all its interest as it is a one shot now so there are way better sniper for that…
Wanted to add my complaint here about Storm and Firestorm. Also not happy about the Ion Cannon not working anymore but I think that was deliberate. The problems with the Storm series snipers are obvious glitches.
??? What do you mean by ‘not working’? First time I’m seeing any reference to that with the current update.
It was nerfed into irrelevance a while back. I just hadn’t tried it again until my snipers stopped working and I went back through my other favorites to see if any others were broken.
I think if you give it a whirl you’ll find it wasn’t really ‘nerfed into irrelevance’ - it is still an extremely potent weapon. Yes, you need to reload more often, but it still lays down the hurt.
I really hope they know about this issue. They are my favorite snipers. There has been 2 hotfixes now, and no acknowledgment of this bug either.

Actually, there was an acknowledgement but it got lost in a deluge of posts. It is unfortunately not something that can be fixed by hotfix, so it will have to wait for an update. Other than ‘sometime this month’ (Guardian Takedown release) I don’t have any information on when that might be.
