When i started the game on launch date my main character never had the Equippable XP and Loot Drop Boost Mods. I know this as I have been playing co-op and the other player has standard edition and so far has more legendary weapons and half a bar more of XP yet we have played the games far as a team. My main character never got the Butt Stallion skin, weapon trinket or grenade mod either. But my secondary and others have, but none have had the XP & Loot Drop Mod. Can this be fixed?

empty on day of launch and now is being filled when challenges are completed, i did notice on day 1 that my friend was receiving emails with rewards and i wasn’t. Example Moxxis reward for Crimson Radio challenges. But i received no bonus content for main character on launch day. My other characters i started only today and they have had most of the bonus content, think it might have been a launch day bug, it might have been there and originally but everything deleted somehow. I have seen a few reports of this type of bug. But none of my characters have received an “email” with the XP and Loot Mod to date.

Digital Pre-Order. I could delete a current low level character and try again. But what am i looking for with the XP and Loot Mod, will that be in the email.
Having same issue but I’m only missing the skins and weapons from the pre-order. It gave me the mods and the trinkets but everything else seems to be missing on my main character . Checked the mailbox and none of the stuff is there. Disc version of the game only came with one code in my box.

If the extra content had not downloaded when you started playing, that would be why it was missing originally - I guess whether it auto-downloads or not is a platform setting?
Should be. It’s basically a shield that has the bonuses attached. The boosts reduce with level though - the item card indicates it will give you an increase up to about level 10. That said, mine mostly seemed to give me more blues and purples than legendaries - I had very few of those drop in my first sessions.
Is there anything waiting to download after entering the code? There should by ~5 downloads (10 MB each) containing the items.

Thanks @VaultHunter101 you helped me find the rest of the items. Now I have a new problem. When I look for the season pass it tells me that I have to buy it. Should I contact someone about this considering it gave me the rest of the content except the season pass?

On XBox, it shows as ‘owned’ in the store eventually but not straight away - I had to tab around a bit through the various info screens before it updated. It may be a similar thing in the PS Store? Since you got the other items, I’d suggest contacting PS Store support and seeing if they can confirm the season pass as purchased.

So for my main run as I’m already level 21 I might as well just crack on. The bonuses are there for my other characters. Must have been a first day bug. Annoying as I could have started with them. Thanks for the assist.

Is there a way to get the right weapons/grenade mods for the buttstalion and toy weapon add ons or did I mess up?

Responding to this thread to confirm this is where the Super Deluxe AND Per-Order content is hiding.
Step I did on my Xbox One Console:
- Go to the My Game tab, and find Borderlands
- Select it and press the “start” button for more options
- It will show you all of the pending Updates this game has, as “read to Install”
I’ve spend all day trying to get this set up, including back & forth with Amazon Customer service (because I never got a per-order code for the Golden Gun skins) , and this post FINALLY helped me.
BIG TIME thank you!
Also, found this page VERY useful in figuring out where in game to actually claim these things:
