Didn’t think I’d be watching but looks like I am. Rooting for Seattle because all my favorite bands are from that area… is that a weird reason?

So far, so good. Killing them on short gains on run and pass, and we’re keeping lynch contained. The INT resulted in a hurt LOB player and NOTHING offensively on the seahawks side. Lets go RWB. I want this so bad…

I’m hoping the QB misunderstood but yeah, the Worst Play Attempted of the Year award should go to them. Sadly, they also should get best due to what the receiver pulled off literally a few minutes before that. I’d hate to be him, it’d seem like Coach just said “F*** you and your awesome plays”
Oh yeah. I was all excited because while I’m not a fan of either team in particular, that was a good game until the end. Everyone at my house was at the edge of there seats ready to watch it come down to weather Seattle could pound it in or the defense would shut the run down. Play happened and everyone just got quite. One person said “who the **** called that” and Seattle’s coaches have been made fun of for the rest of the night.

You’re not gonna hear this over the next few days. But I’ll say it as a football fan and a pats fan.
Caroll made the right call.
The pats had been keying into the seahawks run game all day. Really, limiting them as much as they did? No ones struggled to do that while stymieing wilson’s offense.
They set that play up against a ROOKIE. And even then, they missed it by literally 12 inches.
If thats a f**k up, then I could coach KC next season.
I’m going to have to respectfully disagree with you sir. With 3 to 4 yards left to go, barely any time left on the clock and Lynch that ball should of never gone into the air. Lynch already got a short touchdown in the game and they could have take multiple shots. Caroll accepted the blame for it though, so at least he’s recognizing the mistake. Props to the Rookie for pulling of that critical int.

Well, the high faultsin this game hav ealready come down. Everyone think’s carroll is the dumbass.
I stand by what I said before. NE is keyed in on the run game, they want that, you stop them however you can. You go to the short game play. And you DO it. Against the rookie guy.
Why not? Literally.
But all I can think is bellichick with the stadium lights behind him.

IIRC it was a yard, not 3-4 yards.

NE is keyed in on the run game
[/quote]But all they needed to get was a yard and it was second down not 3rd or 4th so why not try a rush even if it’d be a bit obvious. Could’ve even just have the qb receive the ball from the snap and do a swan dive between his two players, be better than throwing the ball with such little field to actually play on.
I need to work on my time machine to fix this fiasco of a call, make so I appear right after the previous successful pass so the game is intact up until that point.
Well, we’ve two different mind’s on the subject I guess, no biggie!
Next thing: Wait to see how the fines work out. You know the ejected dude from Seatlle gonna get hit. Gronk’s gonna get hit. Should be fuN!

That was also a dumb thing they did but I can understand it somewhat, they just all but let the other team win so they obviously were angry. Doesn’t mean that starting a mini brawl on the field was ok but at least a bit understandable.
Emotions running high will do that. Dude from Seatlle was outta line. Gronk throwing aside the seahawk getting in between them and going after him afterwards was out of line as well. I put it on both them.

I cant type anything worthwile here.
But really, 2 yards in the red zone arent differnt in other realemas. Yep. LETS REPLAY THE GAME. CLEARLY DEFLATED BALLS ARE TO BLAME.
I will return…
And the haters will know…
