Personally, I’m more irritated with people constantly spamming the surrender button. THAT is irritating because each time I have to go in and veto it. I feel waiting like 3-5 minutes is less of an annoyance and this kind of thing doesn’t occur as often as that does… then again I have a decent connection and most people I play with do as well so there’s that.
See I played a match yesterday on Xbox and I voted to surrender (our first sentry dead and they were working on the second). It timed out with no response, I went to reissue it and it was grayed out like I couldn’t select it again. So not sure why someone is able to keep it going when mine seemed to only give me one chance at it.

Use Paint or any picture-manip programm and draw a black block over the names, it not that much to do.
