I’m pretty sure Vegeta is voiced by Ryô Horikawa and that’s not Rath’s voice. 
also,Boldur already has a DBZ reference skin (Super Slayin’ -with Yellow hair)
Rath is voiced by the english voice actor for Vegeta in the English dubs of DBZ.

Oh,sorry,I completely forgot about dubbing. Dubbing is absolutely disgusting to me so I try to ignore its existence.

Dubbing is sort of like an Album cover. When a new artist attempts the art you come off with a whole new work of art which can be good or bad.
Bad as in Pokemon(4kids dubs) which is defaced art
or good as in Bo-bobo which was an example of the aforementioned new art
IMO it really depends on how committed the dubbers are, how lazy the production company renting the anime is in finding good voice artists (the one’s in Bobobo are so into the show it’s kinda scary), or whether or not they actually give a crap about translating what the characters are saying or just making the dough and running.
And to stay on topic: I still want my Doritos-laden Whiskey Foxtrot. I mean who doesn’t see that passive showering their screen in orange triangles and not feel a craving. I feel like it was intentional to fit the idea that Whiskey and Foxtrot both parody the typical FPS genre to a degree in meme references.
I saw somewhere that there is a reptilian Foxtrot. This may or may not the idea I’ve had that Whiskey is the Darker FPS Memes and Whiskey is the funnier ones. I mean he does days “Friggen d’Jennerit” upon killing a thrall.

@Dragon270 most dubbers are lazy and uncommitted. It’s bearable in animation, but the dubbing in some European countries like Germany is just abysmal. Who wants to hear “random guy #1” or “slightly recognized German actor #2” over Johnny Depp, or Chris Tucker?Apparently they do,but that’s just cause of years of dubbing “indoctrination”.
As to Japanese animation It’s just not anime for me if it’s not in Japanese. Yes,some characters sound strange but that’s part of the appeal. In DBZ for instance the voices sound over the top 100% of the time, the western dub sounds like they’re trying to make it sound serious and manly. In an anime made by a guy who loves poop/boob/sex jokes with all characters named after clothes and food. No wonder many American teenagers came out wrong after watching DBZ back in the day,they took it seriously xD
