Still sexier than mine. My best Blasta has like Jakobs damage, CoV something and grenade damage.
I have horrid luck with mods and relics but great luck with weapons and shields haha.
I got lucky and got one that has +3 Vampyr / + 1 Redist / +1 Holy pin with 24% mag, 28% splash, and +5 grenades.
I randomly got in a slaughter shaft run a month and a half ago

this is how I feel as well. Moze is the character, IB is simply a skill.
Make IB clean house when its active, and not let people stay in it. Make it a skill, not that character.
In order to try and cater to both sides, would need to work gear to have trade offs. Make IB a killing machine for a short duration, or allow users to stay in it, but not have near the damage output. Assuming new class mods and relics would be the best way to achieve this.

That or add a skill tree with a different action skill option in dlc2

Ah! Pretty sure I have that one, and I’m currently at 10% on the action skill cooldown through spending points. EP seemed like an obvious thing to take with an explosive/splash-centric build, but it would be interesting to see the actual math behind all these combinations.
It’s not bad in specific circumstances. But if you have a mod or relic with CDR it can replace 5/5 EP and be way more reliable. If it works for you that’s great. But if you get a shield with that cooldown and a class mod, it’s probably not worth stacking anymore on there except maybe Grizzled, the results are diminishing so much so it’s only worth it for people trying to loop IB

I’m on TVHM with Moze in Takedown. Iron Bear is completely worthless against Wotan. As soon as I cross the dome shield my Iron Bear is done. Even a shot with the Rail Gun is Immune. What’s the point of even having a mech if it’s worthless?

Iron Bear is definitely not worthless vs Wotan. True Takedown in just Bear might not be within Bears reach, however Vanquisher pods Bear is a very useful dps burst.
My most recent experimentation has been with grenade Moze that uses Bear as the primary method of stripping Wotan’s shield. There’s also neat things to know like you can walk inside Wotan’s inner barrier with Bear and you won’t be buffeted out.
(All experimentation is on True Takedown MH4 btw.)
