Yep, took a look at it.
On opening the page I got this:
Swiping right from the featured Breitbart article yielded me a video titled âDestroying America: Democrat Washington State Governor Claims Not to Know About Seattle Occupationâ with a further link to âThe Democrats Want You Silencedâ.
Looks pretty balanced on first glance.
But onward, next featured article has Lindsey Graham proclaiming: âIâm not going to be stoppedâ, followed by Fox Newsâ Laura Ingraham explaining that âDemocrats Cancel Americaâ. Surely itâs going to get balanced soon.
Lo and behold, another swipe and Fox Newsâ Tucker Carlson tells me that democracy is being subverted. My initial guesses of Breitbart and Fox doesnât seem that far off the mark.
Now, I am sure clicking on one of the links below the Breitbart banner will give me a little balance. Letâs try Liberty Nation!
Just a few headlines:
- Why isnât there a vaccine for Bill Gates?
- Flyover Folks Donât Fear Antifa Fools
- Democrats Defund, Criminals Cheer
Huh, letâs try another link, the Geller Report. In a calm and totally reasonable way the head article compares life in todayâs New York under the rule of âAntisemitic Fascist Clown DeBlasioâ with life in 1930s Berlin.
I am quite sorry, but I am German and history is one of my interests, so I canât seem to agree with this style of presenting news. In other words: Is the author of said article completely deranged?
So, letâs scroll down a little, past the next prominently featured Breitbart article bashing Biden to a featured piece by the Washington Times, a newspaper that no one ever accused of checking their factsâŚ
Some more scrolling takes me to the Trump Pence 2020 campaign advert. What a surprise.
So, if I ever look for a site pandering in Bill Gates conspiracy theories or democrat-bashing without any regard for facts, I can just short-cut it and watch Faux News.
