Uranus (
) drops a lot of stuff. I’ve seen Fastballs, Conference Calls and Lyudas drop from him. Also Pearlescents, which are worth a metric ton of money (unless it’s a Practicable Butcher, don’t sell that
). So if you’re in need of good gear he’s also a great farm for that.

Look at that base Accuracy, my gods. Can’t wait to get some proper time with the new DLC to grab this!

That makes sense because at old op4 (which is 72+4), lvl72 gear started falling off badly.
If you have completed the previous dlcs and have seraphs in hand, flamerock refuge can help a lot. The Florentine and Antagonist are good. And there is Torgue vending in the beat down. A dpuh there will carry you. most moxxi weapons can be kept as is since any decent (tesla) grenade will top you health.
Not sure how good the toothpick is, but that does drop repeatable from the sand worms from a side mission in the dlc.

For me the Amigo wins on fire rate. Every other stat could be the same as the Tresspasser, but the over 2 fire rate make the Amigo a huge win.
I’ve had many times when I’m trying to take Pete’s mask off that I’ve been swearing at the sub-one second fire rate fo the Xpasser, this is great.

Alright, I think I found a true competitor to the Amigo Sincero : the Hot Mama.
At first it seems like nothing but a decent weapon, it has similar damage to the Amigo Sincero when taking in account the elemental multiplier but has nothing else … or that’s what we thought.
It has two special effects (three if you count that sexy voice
) : the same exact special effects as the Morningstar and the Law. Like the Morningstar, it has a hidden stacking mechanic, and each stacks increase Critical Damage by quite a bit. And like the Law : it has 100% accuracy when aiming down sights, even with 400 Anarchy stacks.
I’ll probably do a thread on this weapon as well, but MAN Jakobs got some pretty amazing goodies in this new DLC !

Nice. I wanted to like this weapon and was going to farm for one tomorrow. So, uhh, just to remind myself how do you gain a stack again? Reloading, right? And it just stays on forever?
TIL. I had no idea Law does this. Then again I don’t play Gaige at all.

I don’t really know, during testing I found you just gain a stack by landing headshots but sometimes reloading does something so it’s really weird. I got it to deal much more damage than it’s supposed to be though, so it just happens I guess.

The Hot Mama has 150% bonus stackative crit (total of 3 stacks) far as I can tell, so more thab the Morningstar. Far as I can tell the mechanic isn’t glitched like the Morningstar’s though.
But yeah, the Amigo Sincero is bae

I do believe it stacks with each critical hit you get, so a Zero with Critical Ascension and a Morningstar…

Late to the party but about to farm it for the first time.
I have butterflies.
Yes. Only difference is the reload button is on the trigger. You need a full mag to heal anyways.

Finally took it out last night for the first time. Respec’d my lvl 80 Axton for Jakobs and ran around Lynchwood. No slag one-shots to all but scavengers and bruisers.

I’m not sure but I think you might be talking about some Gaige stuff there?
I meant the Morningstar stacking crit buff that Hot Mama apparently shares.

I don’t believe it’s the same, it’s only similar. Hot Mama has a stackable 150% crit bonus, I believe Morningstar can gather an infinite amount of them.

Maybe in code but since they decay only slightly slower than fire rate, I believe the Morningstar can really only stack a few times.

I don’t know if this information will give anyone who likes to experiment with a chance. When I first got this gun, I tried it with the expectation that it might have a Bore function. When I tried Zero, who didn’t have a Bore, I knew my expectations were right (now I’m not sure if it really happened). And then I tried the same thing as Maya, but there was no function of Bore. So I assumed that the previous experiment was my illusion and that my expectations of the gun showed me a fantasy and sold it. If the gun was with me, I’d like to try it again, but I’m sorry I don’t.

Did you spec out of B0re and then tested it? Because even if you spec out of B0re, it persists until you restart (go out to the main menu).

Not as crazy as you guys so I took mine to the Southern Raceway. All I did to Retsam (Axton) was to slap a lvl 50 purple Jackobs Allegiance. (-53.5 Recoil. +100 Acc rec.)
That thing is insane! felt like Zero in TVHM. That fire rate man…
I can see why @zer0blivion is signing it’s praise. Derch is probably quite happy about it too. Didn’t had time to watch his dlc Let’s play yet.
